2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders confirmed with payment are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Indian public holidays like Diwali, Republic Day).
  • Pre-Order/Custom Items: Processing may take 5–10 business days due to production or verification requirements.

    • Express Fee: +50–100% of standard cost (e.g., ₹150–₹200 for urgent delivery).
  • International:
    • Calculated by weight/volume (starting at ₹500/kg) + destination-specific taxes/duties (paid by the recipient).
    • No hidden fees; total cost is displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery Methods

  • Standard Carriers: Partnered with India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart for reliable domestic service.
  • Express Options: DHL, FedEx for time-sensitive orders (tracking updated hourly).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders, with a ₹20–₹50 convenience fee applied at checkout.

6. Delivery Confirmation & Returns

  • Signing Requirements: Recipients must inspect packages for damage before signing. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately if items are missing or damaged (include photos for claims).
  • Remote Area Surcharges: An additional ₹50–₹100 may apply to addresses marked as “difficult to reach” by logistics partners.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
